-I haven't received my order yet, what shall I do?
Please contact us at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to update you on the progress of your order and the estimated delivery date. Keep in mind we can't predict for sure when it will arrive, we can only tell the how long it usually takes. Also keep in mind some countries can take a little longer than others. This is because of things we can't control.
We try to answer all emails within 48 hours.
-Do you ship worldwide?
We ship all of our goods worldwide, we use well known international carriers to ensure your order gets to you quickly and securely.
-Where do you ship from?
Our orders get shipped directly from the manufacture in China. This way we can keep our prices as low as possible for the customers.
-How long until I get my order?
Please allow 7-49 days for the delivery (during busy holiday periods e.g Christmas holidays please allow the maximum estimated time) Sometimes it can take a little longer due to things we can't control like weather etc.

-What carriers do you use?
Most of the time we use ePacket. This is EMS in China and is very trusted.
-How much is shipping to my country?
We only ask €3 to all countries worldwide.
-Do you have tracking?
Yes we offer tracking. You can track on our site by entering your order number & email address.
-My tracking doesn't work.
Please allow some time before tracking starts working. It can take 1-2 weeks. If it doesn't work after 2 weeks, please send us an email and we'll look for it and contact the post office.
Tracking doesn't always work well, so it's possible that it doesn't update. Don't worry as this happens a lot. However if you want to be sure you can always contact us.
-Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns. However we always advice the customer to try and sell it. Sending it back & restocking fee will cost you in the end probably even more than the product.
We don't accept returns anymore if you received your order more than 2 weeks before sending it back, or it's already been worn.
-How do I return my order?
Please send us an email, we'll then give you the address to which you can send it back.
-How much is the restocking fee?
Restocking fee is only our costs to send it. So it's €3, as we ask €3 for shipping.
-Are this the real limited products?
The products we sell are very good replica. But nobody will notice any difference & they look really good. We are also always honest about this. You have a lot of other sites that sell them for much more without saying it's replica.
It are small sizes so you should buy a little bigger than normal. We recommend 1-2 sizes bigger than USA sizes & 2-3 bigger than European. It also depends on the product; most products have a size table so please check that first before ordering.
-How can I trust you guys?
First of all, if we really wanted to scam you, we would say it's real and ask a lot more. Second we already have a lot of customers, you can find reviews on a lot of our products. We're also part of The Gui Group, this is a group of multiple websites and they stand for trust. If you don't receive your product we always refund the money or resend it (as you wish).
